Program: Position: Recruitment Specialist
Department: HR Department

  • Administers recruitments process for all posts, including internship programs
  • Plans recruitment processes in consultation with hiring managers and prepares recruitment schedule;
  • Prepares and places all internal and external job advertisements;
  • Screens candidates for short or long-list against the pre-defined criteria; conducts tests and interviews;
  • Conducts pre-employment checks, including Reference and other checks;
  • Drafts job offer letters and sends to selected candidates; Advises long and short listed candidates verbally or in writing on their success or failure;
  • Participates in selection techniques re-design (test development, interview questionnaire drafting);
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters and using other sources;
  • Prepares and maintains talented people reserve pool;
  • Assists in Job Description drafting and revision, Performs Job analysis, Job Audit when required;
  • Participates in HR projects and development activities, planning and implementing, in any HR function related, based on needs
  • University Degree in in Social Science, HRM or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment and Selection, ideally in banking sector
  • Fluency in English, Russian and Georgian;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Outlook, MS Visio).

Short listed candidates will be interviewed (competency based interview).
