Development Center

FINCA Bank Development Center calls for motivated and result oriented candidates for Loan Officer and Customer Service Officer learning modules.

We offer individual programs, chance to earn salary while studying and opportunity to start working in a bank-in case of vacancy successful graduates will be hired at FINCA Bank.

Learning module is unique chance to start your career at banking/finance sector.

Loan Officer program deals with sales techniques, financial analysis, budgeting, banking programs, credit and retail products and so on.

Participants will receive practical tasks to develop their communications, negotiations and team leader skills during the program.

Program duration: 3 months

Schedule: May be part time study/work.

Details will be discussed individually.

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher education (desirable)

Also might be last year student;

  • Working experience not required;
  • Average knowledge of computer programs;
  • Learning and development oriented;
  • Georgian language is a must (English and Russian desirable).

Enrollment:

There are several stages for entering FINCA Bank Development Center learning modules. Those who interested should fill in application form. For finalists test and interview will be held.
